IMPORTANT UPDATE!
We are now enforcing our Late Cancellation/No Show policy as of 4/30/2026. Please provide a minimum of twenty-four hours notice for cancellation. A fee of $50 will be billed for missed office visits and $100 for missed Physicals and Medicare Wellness Visits. These fees are not billable to insurance and will need to be collected prior to being seen.
